With perfectionism rampant in the corporate world, burn-out is at an all time high. This challenge becomes compounded as many employees are often not comfortable opening up to their managers regarding their own burn-out.
This issue often leads to employees quitting without warning. Many industries have had to acclimate to employee tenures of 18 months or less due to psychological burnout.
