This option includes an initial survey that sent out to participants in advance, such that questions and concerns can be integrated into the workshop content prior to launch.

Designed as follow-ups to general skills learning. Content targets particular stressors related to COVID-19 and may include: maintaining social connections while living along, working from home while caring for children challenges in romantic relationships, how to cope with stress when your loved one is an essential worker.

Mental Health Resilience Video Series
Short-form educational videos provide quick learning to individuals who may have limited availability to attend workday workshops and breakout sessions. Sample of content: mindfulness, connecting socially during social isolation, mental resilience, self-soothing skills, self-compassion, empathy building.
Group Size: 100-1000 people
Structure: Series of eight, 20 minute videos
